My name is Erin Saunderson and I am an audio enthusiast and engineer. When I was 16, I received my first 4 track analogue recorder - I was hooked. Soon after, I graduated from The Audio Recording Academy with a mark of 93% and over 400 hours practical experience. I volunteered at as many recording sessions as I could and even helped set up one of the studios; I wanted to soak in as much as I could. I started doing freelance live work for friends and clients of Raven Street shortly after graduation and was then recommended for a permanent position as a Sound Technician at Carleton University's Alumni Theatre. This is where I earned my chops, working my way up to Head Sound Technician and eventually dabbling in lighting for low-key events. In order to gain confidence with changes in recording technology, I chose to go back to school. I decided on the Harris Institute. I graduated top of my class and received 3 scholarships. I have been doing freelance recording through my company Chill and Shake Productions and would love to hear from you if you're looking to record a project or need someone to do live sound. I also do Web Design and dabble in amateur photography. Please visit my resume for more complete information about my work history and for samples of music I've recorded. Hope to hear from you! |
